1. What we provide

Get Into Gas provides audio lessons and supporting material to help you revise for gas qualifications. The content is a study aid intended to supplement — not replace — accredited training, official publications, and hands-on assessment.

2. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any examination or assessment, including the CCN1 or any ACS module. Gas work is safety-critical and legally regulated; you are responsible for ensuring you are competent and appropriately qualified before carrying out any gas work. Our content does not constitute professional, legal, or safety advice.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid plan.

4. Plans and access

• Free — access to a limited set of sample lessons.
• Study Bundle — full access to all lessons for 90 days from purchase, streamed online.
• Lifetime — full access for the lifetime of the Service, including offline downloads.

“Lifetime” means for as long as we continue to operate the Service. We may add, change, or retire lessons over time.

5. Payment

Paid plans are one-off payments processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund rights.

6. Acceptable use

You may not copy, download (except where your plan permits), share, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform our content, nor attempt to circumvent access controls. Content is protected by copyright and licensed to you for personal study only.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software remain our property or that of our licensors. Your plan grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own revision.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, or to protect the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content, from gas work carried out by you, or from any inability to access the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
